The breakfast, the staff , the view in the river was very good. We realy appriciate the shuttle to go to the beache. Pas besoin de marcher avec nos chaises et notre parasole, le transport de l'hotel vous amène à la plage à toutes les heures.

All the rooms have a view of a tidal river and a distant ocean view. It was quiet and not too large. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great and open until 11:00 p.m. The Trolley stop was in front of the hotel. It was easy to find, right on Route 1 and well marked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mini fridge came in handy. Will certainly return.

The view crom the hotel over the marsh, the proximity to a clean sandy beach with rolling breakers and the comfort of the room.

The fact that the hotel was on a main road, but the rooms are sufficiently laid back for that not to be a nuisance

The location was perfect, i really enjoyed the shuttle to the beach which is a big plus.

The breakfast could hace been a bit more elaborated, the room smelled like mold.

The location is good. Close to beaches and shopping. The room was quiet and there is a deck with lounge chairs to enjoy the view.

The continental breakfast could have been better organized. The food was in a very small space~a little too close for comfort.

Even if the rooms with a balcony on the river side are mopre expensive ,it is a quiet place to relax except during the afternoon because it is hot when it is sunny

You have to walk down with your luggage and if you're old it is hard.So you shold rent a room in the second bldg with parking acces

The breakfast is very good. The room was very clean with an excellent view.

The staff was not knowledgeable about activities and restaurants in the area. I was the only person in the lobby when I asked for recommendations on area restaurants, the hotel staff person had no one else to tend to, and they still brushed me off and told me to go look at the brochure kiosk. This was disappointing.

Pleasantly surprised. We loved the location and the view of the cove. Front desk was very friendly, breakfast very good.

Room had a strong musty smell, really horrible. We got moved to another room which was a little better but still had a bad odor. Linens were of poor quality and minimum quantity. Electrical outlets were bad, the plugs wouldn't stay in the outlet and sparked when they fell out. Plumbing was very noisy, could hear water in the pipes from other rooms. To top it off when we went to bed there was a dead spider on my pillow. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel.

We like the view of the river and the sea .We were at the 4th floor, so we could see the beautiful scenes of the wildlife refuge whit the ducks and birds.We appreciate too the comfort of the bed and the space in the room. We like the complimentary breakfast which was very delicious and complete.

There is an odor when we entering the room, we couldn't tell what it is, but we think it is possible to ameliorate this. You could include a micro- wave in the room and there is enough place for it. We would like to have a place to put our bikes and attach them outside ( rack) because we had our bikes and took them to go to the Moody beach just 5 minutes of biking from the hotel.

they started cleaning the next room at 8:00am while I was still trying to sleep. This is my only negative thing to say about the place.

I needed handicap accomodation. What was provided was less than adequate. I am certain that what was provided did not meet ADA requirements. The room was fitted with a hand hold to the bath tub after I indicated that I had requested handicap accomodation. There were no grab bars around the tub or the toilet. Because I requested a handicap room, which was fitted poorly for that purpose after the fact, I had an inferior room because it was accessible from the parking lot. Had I known that this would be the situation, I would not have booked the room. I was stuck when I arrived because it is high season and no other decent rooms would be available. I had requested handicap accomodation in my booking with Booked.net, for the record.
